Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom-made and handcrafted, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized apparel

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Body oils, body butters, or personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit when appropriate.


Order Issues & Replacements

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, misprint, or damage during shipping), we will fix it.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem


Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Please double-check your order details, sizes, and customization before completing your purchase.
